Copyright Policy

Customers upload their own images to this service, and we convert them automatically. We do not review uploads in advance and we do not host a public gallery of them. If someone has used our tool on artwork you own, this page explains how to tell us.

If you are a customer

Only upload images you have the right to use. Licensed characters, sports logos, brand marks and other people’s artwork are not yours to digitize unless the owner has given you permission. Buying a file from us is not permission.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice should include:

• your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
• identification of the material at issue and enough detail for us to locate it;
• your name, address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

What we do

We remove or disable the material we can identify, and we notify the customer who uploaded it. Customers who repeatedly infringe lose access to the service.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and include your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the federal court for Missouri).
