Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect, why, and who else touches it. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Images you upload
Your image is uploaded to our server and processed there: lighting is flattened, colors are separated into threads, and stitches are generated. We keep a processing cache keyed to the content of the image so that re-uploading the same file is fast and does not repeat expensive work.
Photographs are sent to OpenAI for one step.When an upload is detected as a photograph rather than flat artwork, we call OpenAI’s image model to flatten its lighting into solid colors, because that single step is what makes a photo sewable. Logos, line art and other flat graphics are handled entirely on our own server and are not sent anywhere. If you would rather no image of yours went to a third party, upload flat artwork rather than a photo.
Designs you buy
When you start checkout, the stitch data for your design is stored so the file can be built after payment and re-downloaded later from your link. We keep it with the order record. Your original uploaded image is not part of that record.
Payment and email
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them. Stripe gives us the email address you enter at checkout, and we use it for one thing: sending your download link and receipt. That email is sent through Resend. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. Our servers also keep ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and debugging.
Who we share with
Only the services that make this work: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics), OpenAI (photo flattening, as described above), Stripe (payments) and Resend (receipt emails). We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records and stitch data are kept while your download link is active so you can re-download the file you paid for. Processing caches are cleared periodically. You can ask us to delete your order record and stored design at any time, understanding that this also ends your ability to re-download it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, we will honor those requests, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
